This article describes the purpose, methods, and experiences of the first 2 years of the training program established to train police in Hungary.
Abstract
The medium-level police training has been modernizes as part of a complex modernization program. The National Police headquarters, with the support of the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education, has introduced a 2-year, full-time police training program. Two police secondary schools have been established in Budapest and Miskole. The author is the commander of the Police Secondary School in Budapest. Figures (Publisher summary modified)
