THE ARTICLE ENDS WITH A DISCUSSION OF METHODS FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF A TRAINING COURSE AS WELL AS SUGGESTIONS FOR PLANNING OTHER SPECIFIC PROGRAMS USING THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HERE.
