THE RISE OF SEX PERVERSION IS A SYMPTOM OF SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND MORAL DISORDER.
Abstract
SEX PERVERT SHOULD BE TREATED NOT AS A PATIENT BUT AS A CRIMINAL. AS PUNISHMENT HE SHOULD BE PLACED IN AN INSTITUTION TO RECEIVE REHABILITATION. THE AUTHOR HAS CONCLUDED THAT MOST SEX PERVERTS ARE NOT THE PRODUCT OF HEREDITARY STIGMATA NOR OF ENDOCRINE IMBALANCE, BUT OF ENVIRONMENT AND ASSOCIATION. HE FINDS SEX PERVERTS ENDOWED WITH FREE WILL AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE LAW FOR THEIR CONDUCT. THEY ARE INFERIORS, NOT NECESSARILY IN MENTALITY OR PHYSIQUE, BUT IN PERSONALITY AND CHARACTER. IN AN EFFORT TO COVER UP THEIR MEDIOCRITY THEY ARE PROUD OF THEIR DEGENERACY. SADISM, MASOCHISM, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION ARE DISCUSSED. A GLOSSARY OF SEXUAL ABNORMALITIES IS INCLUDED.
