Abstract
PUBLIC EDUCATION MEASURES, DESIGNED TO INFORM POTENTIAL SHOPLIFTERS OF THE PENALITIES FOR SHOPLIFTING AND TO ENCOURAGE MERCHANTS TO CALL THE POLICE FOR EACH CASE OF SHOPLIFTING ARE DESCRIBED.
