IT WAS DESIGNED TO SECURE INFORMATION ABOUT EUROPEAN SHORT-TERM TREATMENT METHODS FOR YOUNG OFFENDERS, THEIR PLACE IN THE WHOLE RANGE OF TREATMENT MEASURES AVAILABLE, THE EVIDENCE ON THEIR EFFECTIVENESS AND ANY PROPOSED REFORMS OR NEW LINES OF THOUGHT CONCERNING THEM.
