THE SECOND ARTICLE LOOKS AT SOME OF THE PHILOSOPHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL ISSUES WHICH ARE RAISED BY THE SOCIAL WORKER'S INVOLVEMENT IN THE COURT SETTING. ALSO EXAMINED ARE THE POSSIBLE REASONS FOR THE SOCIAL WORKER'S NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR INVOLVEMENT IN THE LAW AND THE LEGAL PROCESS.
