Abstract
A MAIL-OUT SURVEY IDENTIFIED THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE VARIOUS USERS OF CRIME REPORT DATA INCLUDING LAW ENFORCEMENT, PROSECUTION, PROBATION, COURTS, CORRECTIONS, PAROLE, AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE PLANNERS AND RESEARCHERS. A SET OF PROTOTYPE CRIME REPORTING FORMS WERE DEVELOPED AS WELL.
