Abstract
AMONG THE MATERIALS GENERALLY AVAILABLE ARE BOOKS, MANUALS, PERIODICALS, AND LOOSE-LEAF SERVICES. THE AUTHOR EXAMINES A SAMPLING OF THE FIRST TWO CATEGORIES AND THEN LOOKS AT THE EFFORTS WHICH HAVE BEEN MADE IN THE OTHER TWO AREAS TO DEAL WITH THE SUPREME COURT'S RULINGS. IN THE NONPERIODICAL LITERATURE, ONE TENDS TO FIND FAIRLY TECHNICAL AND DETAILED REFERENCE WORKS AND SHORTER PAPERBACK MANUALS. THE FORMER TEND TO BE AIMED PRIMARILY AT THE LAWYER, WHILE THE LATTER ARE MORE LIKELY TO BE FOR THE POLICEMAN. AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED.
