HOW TO DEFLECT OR COUNTER BLOWS THROUGH ABDOMINAL, FACIAL, OVERHEAD, AND KICK BLOCKS IS COVERED. THE IMPORTANCE OF PROCTECTING THE FACE AND ABDOMEN, THE TWO MOST VULNERABLE AREAS OF A WOMAN'S BODY, IS EMPHASIZED.
