THE UNITED PRISONERS UNION, THE POLAR BEAR PARTY, THE BLACK GUERRILLA FAMILY AND OTHER GROUPS ARE DISCUSSED IN RELATION TO PRISON INCIDENTS. THE BLACK LIBERATION ARMY, THE REPUBLIC OF NEW AFRICA, THE WEATHERMAN, BLACK SEPTEMBER, AND THE MANSON CLAN ARE ALSO EXAMINED FOR THEIR TERRORIST ACTIVITIES.
