Abstract
The report presents information in the following sections: (1) Annual Reports of the Judicial Support Agencies; (2) Judicial Branch: Structure and Operation; (3) Court Activity Overview; (4) Supreme Court; (5) Court of Criminal Appeals; (6) Courts of Appeals; (7) Administrative Judicial Regions; (8) District Courts; (9) County-Level Courts; (10) District and County-Level Juvenile Activity; (11) Justice of the Peace Courts; (12) Municipal Courts; and (13) Alternative Dispute Resolution Centers. Key initiatives undertaken by the Council include the following: improving public access to judicial records and improving the administration of the visiting judges' program; developing a workable means of judicial redistricting; and finding new ways to help justice and municipal courts better enforce recent juvenile justice legislation.
