Abstract
IN THE USE OF LINE-UPS, SHOW-UPS (SINGLE SUSPECT PRESENTATION AND POLICE PHOTOS, CERTAIN PRINCIPLES SHOULD BE OBSERVED. SUSPECTS IN LINE-UPS MUST BE AFFORDED COUNSEL, LINE-UP COMPOSITION MUST BE FAIR. AND WITNESSES SHOULD VIEW LINE-UPS SINGLY. STANDARDS FOR SHOW-UPS AND THE USE OF PHOTOS ARE ALSO NOTED.
