Abstract
GIRLS IN GROUP ONE COME FROM FAMILIES WITH SERIOUSLY PSYCHIATRICALLY DISTURBED PARENTS. THIS DELINQUENCY IS REFERRED TO AS PSYCHIATRIC. GROUP TWO HAS A BACKGROUND COME FROM LARGE, POOR METROPOLITAN FAMILIES AND ARE SAID TO BE SUFFERING FROM COMMUNITY DELINQUENCY. THE POSSIBLE NATURE OF THE ETIOLOGICAL FACTORS INVOLVED AND THE RESULTING TREATMENT IMPLICATIONS ARE DISCUSSED. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED)
