Abstract
THIS UNIT IS LIMITED PRINCIPALLY TO A DISCUSSION OF THE TECHNIQUES USED IN TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT ROAD CHECKS. IT DESCRIBES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PLANNING SUCCESSFUL ROAD CHECKS AND SOME OF THE SPECIAL PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN ESTABLISHING ROADBLOCKS FOR WANTED VEHICLES.
