Abstract
THE AUTHOR HYPOTHESIZES THAT IF CRIME AND DELINQUENCY CONTINUE TO GROW AS THEY HAVE IN THE RECENT PAST AND IF THE COMPONENTS OF THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM REMAIN AS UNCOORDINATED AS THEY ARE AT PRESENT, A PROBLEM OF GREAT MAGNITUDE WILL ARISE IN THE FUTURE.
