This supplement to Appendix C of the U.S. Sentencing Commission Guidelines Manual presents the amendments to the guidelines, policy statements, and official commentary effective November 1, 1998; May 1, 2000; and November 1, 2000.
Abstract
The format under which the amendments are presented in Appendix C, including the supplement, is designed to facilitate a comparison between previously existing and amended provisions of the sentencing guidelines. For each amendment, the supplement gives the reason for the amendment and the effective date. The supplement covers amendments 576 through 607.
