Abstract
THE RESULTS OF THE STUDY INDICATE THAT PERFORMANCE CONTINGENT PAY TO TRAINEES IS SIGNIFICANTLY SUPERIOR IN GETTING EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE LEARNING IN BOTH BASIC EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
