VARIOUS BOOKS AND STUDIES THAT HAVE DEALT WITH THE VALUE OF RECREATION IN TREATING DELINQUENCY ARE DISCUSSED BRIEFLY. THE AUTHOR POINTS OUT THAT WHILE IT IS NOT A CURE-ALL FOR DELINQUENCY PROBLEMS, IT SHOULD BE, INCORPORATED INTO PROGRAMS DEALING WITH DELINQUENT YOUTH.
