          Abstract
Most references are concerned with the use of videotape for recording depositions, demonstrative evidence, prerecorded trials, and the document of record. Also included are references which treat applicable rules of procedure, particular cases, pilot videotape programs, the effects of videotape, mechanics of videotaping and other technological innovations, as well as proceedings of bar association meetings, workshops and conferences, and the reports of the Kent State University Communication and Law Project.
