SUGGESTED ARE MORE FREQUENT PUBLICITY AS TO THE PEACEFUL, OFTEN AMATEURISH NATURE OF RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, BURGLARY INSURANCE RATES TIED TO RISK, AND VICTIM COMPENSATION THROUGH STATE REQUIRED MINIMUM INSURANCE FOR BURGLARY.
