Abstract
THE PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS OF USING VIDEOTAPE EVIDENCE SUCH AS COST, THE PRESENT AND POTENTIAL USES OF THIS EVIDENCE, AND CONSTITUTIONAL FACTORS TO BE CONSIDERED IN PRESENTING VIDEOTAPE EVIDENCE AT CRIMINAL TRIALS ARE TOPICS ADDRESSED. THE AUTHOR FEELS THAT THE ADVANTAGES OF USING THIS METHOD OF EVIDENCE PRESENTATION FAR OUTWEIGH THE DISADVANTAGES AND THAT IT WILL COME INTO EXPANDED USE IN THE FUTURE.
