Abstract
THE DOCUMENT GIVES ATTENTION TO VIRGINIA PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE EX-OFFENDER'S RIGHT TO VOTE, TO HOLD PUBLIC OFFICE, TO SERVE ON JURIES, AND TO HOLD STATE LICENSES AND PERMITS. ALSO SUMMARIZED ARE THE CONVICTED FELON'S RIGHT TO BE A WITNESS AT TRIAL, TO OWN AND SELL PROPERTY, AND THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH HIS EMPLOYMENT AFTER RELEASE.
