THESE VOICE PRIVACY SYSTEMS ARE USED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TO ENSURE THE PRIVACY OF THEIR COMMUNICATIONS LINKS, PARTICULARLY TWO-WAY MOBILE RADIO CHANNELS.
