THIS DOCUMENT DETAILS POLICY AND PROCEDURE FOR SUCH THINGS AS THE BOARD'S SCOPE OF JURISDICTION AND SOURCE OF AUTHORITY, THE CONDUCT OF MINIMUM TERM MEETINGS WITH CONVICTED PERSON, AND SPECIAL SITUATIONS AS IN CASES OF CONCURRENT AND CONSECUTIVE SENTENCES. THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED WERE ADOPTED ON 14 JUNE 1971.
