Abstract
The data are organized according to 13 sections, the first of which contains offense, arrest, and clearance data for Part I and Part II offenses. Subsequent statistical tabulations focus on criminal and juvenile case processing and on police, prosecution, legal aid, and pretrial services. Data are also presented on Westchester County's Department of Laboratories and Research, Department of Probation, and Department of Correction and on county courts, criminal justice expenditures, and Westchester County releases from New York State's Department of Correctional Services. The statistics source book is intended for use by law enforcement officials, planners,
