Abstract
QUESTIONS ON THE CHECKLIST DEAL WITH SUCH MATTERS AS THE INTEGRITY OF LOCAL POLICE, PROSECUTORS, AND JUDGES. OTHER QUESTIONS CONCERN PUBLIC PURCHASING AND CONTRACTING AND COMMUNITY DEFENSES AGAINST OFFICIAL CORRUPTION. SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS FOR CITIZEN ACTION ARE PROVIDED.
