THE SEVEN LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS WERE AS FOLLOWS: A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO REPEAL DISABILITIES FOR DUELING; A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT RELATING TO THE HOLDING OF PUBLIC OFFICE BY A FELON OR DEFAULTER; A BILL RELATING TO THE WORK RELEASE PROGRAM FOR PRISON INMATES; A BILL RELATING TO LEAVE FOR QUALIFIED PRISON INMATES: A BILL RELATING TO DISCRETIONARY COMMITMENTS FOR SEX CRIMES OFFENDERS; A BILL RELATING TO CREDIT FOR TIME SERVED IN SEX CRIMES FACILITIES; AND LEGISLATION RELATING TO MANDATORY COMMITMENTS FOR SEX CRIMES.
