Abstract
THIS COLLECTION IS INTENDED TO FILL A GAP IN A LARGELY UNEXPLORED AREA OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE. SOME OF THE PROBLEMS SURVEYED ARE - WOMEN IN THE CORRECTIONAL SYSTEM, THE ADMINISTRATION OF RAPE LAWS AND THE LAWS AGAINST PROSTITUTION, DISCRIMINATORY SENTENCING OF WOMEN OFFENDERS, AND THE POTENTIAL EFFECT OF THE EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT ON SEX DISCRIMINATION IN THE CRIMINAL PROCESS. THESE ARTICLES SEEK TO PRESENT A UNIFIED AND ORGANIZED FEMINIST PERSPECTIVE.
