Abstract
THIS REPORT DISCUSSES THE DEVELOPMENTAL HISTORY OF HUCKLEBERRY HOUSE, DESCRIBES ITS SERVICES, AND PRESENTS CANDID COMMENTARY ON THE DELIVERY OF THOSE SERVICES BY BOTH CLIENTS AND STAFF. THE ADVOCACY COUNSELING PROCESS, BY WHICH A COUNSELOR WILL REPRESENT A CLIENT IN MEETINGS WITH PARENTS AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENT PEOPLE, IS UNUSUAL IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA.
