In section 2.3, you will receive instructions on how to print out your Bank Form. This form is the only paperwork required by the BVP program. All other portions of this application for funding are completed through the website.
It is very important that an applicant have an email account and that it is listed correctly on the registration form. At certain times we will send out email notices. You will receive a notice when your registration is complete, your Bank Form has been approved, and when the application approvals are finalized. At certain times, warnings and alerts will go out as application deadlines approach.
