Description:
This tour is designed to assist you in the use of the BVP online handbook. You will see how to request funds for vests, report receipt of vests, request payment and keep track of the balance of funds in your account. If you are a new user, you should begin at step one and read the entire tutorial. If you are a continuing participant, you can look for an area that you may need assistance in and start reading that section.

Section1 Registration:

In this section, you can review the type of information that will be required during registration. For your convenience, the Registration Form has been divided into several parts. To begin this tour, click on 1.1 Registration or "Continue" at the bottom of this page.

The major sections of the Jurisdiction Handbook Registration are:
Section 1.1Registration
Section 1.2 Contact Information
Section 2.1 Bank Information
Section 2.2 Bank Status
Section 2.3 Print Bank Form

In section 2.3, you will receive instructions on how to print out your Bank Form. This form is the only paperwork required by the BVP program. All other portions of this application for funding are completed through the website.

It is very important that an applicant have an email account and that it is listed correctly on the registration form. At certain times we will send out email notices. You will receive a notice when your registration is complete, your Bank Form has been approved, and when the application approvals are finalized. At certain times, warnings and alerts will go out as application deadlines approach.
