This Spanish-language resource describes domestic violence and provides victims of domestic violence with information about the Legal Aid Line and domestic violence resources available in the area.
This resource was developed by the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence (FCADV) in collaboration with Florida Legal Services and The Rural Women's Health Project, with funding from the U.S. Justice Department's Office for Victims of Crime (OVC). Using an illustrative format of conversations among three women, it describes domestic violence and provides victims of domestic violence with information about the Legal Aid Line and domestic violence resources available in the area. Effective May 1, 2020, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) assumed the role formerly held by the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence (FCADV) to administer all domestic violence services in Florida.
