Abstract
TRAINING ASSISTANCE IS COORDINATED BY THE OFFICE OF PUBLIC SAFETY TRAINING DIVISION IN WASHINGTON DC, WHICH OPERATES THE INTERNATIONAL POLICE ACADEMY EXCLUSIVELY FOR FOREIGN POLICE OFFICERS. COURSES ARE BOTH THEORETICAL AND SPECIALIZED, AND MANY CENTER AROUND A GAMING METHOD OF LEARNING. THIS METHOD INVOLVES PROBLEM SOLVING FOR A MYTHICAL COUNTRY WITH THE SOCIAL, POLITICAL, AND ECONOMIC LIFE OF A DEVELOPING COUNTRY.
