This document concentrates on the various public policy issues which are a consequence of AIDS.
Abstract
Policy issues from around the world are represented; references are mostly within the last five years. Article topics include AIDS in Zimbabwe, AIDS in the workplace, the responsibilities of health professionals, and the political elements in policymaking on AIDS. Also listed are references on AIDS research and prevention, AIDS in the classroom, civil liberties issues, screening and funding, intravenous drug users, needle exchange programs, and AIDS treatment. Monographs include issues relating to African policies; drug research and policy in Britain; AIDS bureaucracy; and the impact on women, children, and families.
