Abstract
THE SESSIONS WERE CONDUCTED VIA A TWO-WAY AMPLIFIED TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WHICH ENABLED A LECTURER TO ADDRESS A NUMBER OF GROUPS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. THE LECTURES REPRODUCED IN THIS BOOK DEAL WITH THE TROUBLESOME ASPECTS OF ARREST, SEARCH AND SEIZURE-FROM THE PHILOSOPHY AND HISTORY BEHIND THE EXCLUSIONARY RULE TO THE LECTURER'S OPINION OF THE FUTURE OF THE LAW.
