A REPRINT OF A SPEECH IN WHICH THE BLACK COMMUNITY WAS EXHORTED TO STOP EQUATING BLACK CRIMINALS WITH 'BROTHERS', BUT RATHER TO TREAT THEM AS CRIMINALS SHOULD BE TREATED, BY TURNING THEM OVER TO THE POLICE.
Abstract
INCREASED COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND COOPERATION WITH POLICE WILL HELP THE COMMUNITY FULFILL ITS OBLIGATION TO ITSELF TO MAKE ITSELF SAFER.
