Abstract
STUDENTS ARE THEN ASSIGNED TO STAFF MEMBERS, APPROPRIATELY MATCHED ACCORDING TO INTERESTS AND ABILITY OF THE STAFF MEMBERS TO WORK WITH PARTICULAR TYPES OF STUDENTS. THE FOUR BASIC BEHAVIORAL DIMENSIONS EMPLOYED IMMATURE, NEUROTIC, PSYCHOPATHIC, AND SUBCULTURAL - ARE DELINEATED AND OBJECTIVES FOR TREATMENT SCHEMES APPROPRIATE TO EACH ARE OUTLINED.
