Abstract
THE GENERAL GOAL OF THE IMPACT PROGRAM IS REDUCTION OF CRIME. THE SUB-GOALS DEAL WITH MINIMIZING THE NEED, DESIRE, AND OPPORTUNITY TO COMMIT CRIMES. THE REPORT DETAILS THE PROGRAM GOALS, THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE (INCLUDING STAFF POSITIONS AND FUNCTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROCEDURES), AND THE STEPS AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO EACH PROJECT PLANNING ACTIVITY. THE ENTIRE EVALUATION PROCESS FROM DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLAN TO REPORT WRITING IS DESCRIBED, AS WELL AS THE PROJECT MONITORING PROCEDURES.
