Abstract
THREE MAJOR AREAS WERE DISCUSSED - A GENERAL JUVENILE PHILOSOPHY TO ENCOURAGE THE PARTICIPATION OF YOUTH AND RESERVATION AND MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICERS, THE SPECIAL PROBLEMS INVOLVED IN POLICING INDIAN POPULATIONS IN URBAN SETTINGS, AND FUTURE NEEDS IN THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF INDIAN POLICE OFFICERS.
