THE AUTHOR ALSO DISCUSSES THE IMPACT OF THESE NEW METHODS UPON SOCIETY - SPECIFICALLY, THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY, INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM AND CIVIL LIBERTIES, AND JURISDICTIONAL READJUSTMENT.
