CHAPTERS THREE, FIVE, AND SIX DESCRIBE THE FUNCTIONS OF THE POLICE, COURTS, AND CORRECTIONS IN POLK COUNTY, WHILE CHAPTER FOUR ANALYZES, THE PATTERN OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AND OFFENDER MOBILITY AND PARTS OF CHAPTER SIX EXAMINE VICTIM ASSISTANCE AND CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAMS.
