Annotation

This supplement updates the third edition of the Criminal Law Digest. It contains over 1,700 synopses of significant criminal law cases decided since publication of the main volume.

Abstract

Included in the supplement are both Federal and State law and substantive, procedural, and constitutional guarantees. Organizationally, the supplement follows the same format as the Digest's third edition. New topics have been assigned new section numbers reflecting the topical organization. Cases discussed in the Criminal Law Bulletin are noted with a citation, volume, and page number at the end of the case digest. The Table of Contents lists every section and subsection in this supplement. Also included are a Cumulative Table of Cases and a Cumulative Index, both of which supercede those in the main volume. A Table of Updated Case Citations is included which brings the citations of cases in the main volume up-to-date.
