A PROGRAM FOR LEARNING SHOULD INCLUDE - A STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES, SELECTION OF METHODS RELEVANT TO OBJECTIVES, GUIDANCE OF A STUDENT TO A NEW LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE, AND AN EVALUATION OF A STUDENT'S PERFORMANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PRESTATED OBJECTIVES.
