THE PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED TO BE INTRODUCTORY RATHER THAN COMPREHENSIVE. TRAINING IN THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS WOULD BE CONDUCTED BY THE INSTITUTION TO WHICH THE EMPLOYEE WAS ASSIGNED.
