Abstract
STATISTICS ON ARRESTS, CHARGES BROUGHT, AMOUNTS AND TYPES OF DRUGS CONFISCATED, AND DISPOSITION OF OFFENDERS ARE PRESENTED IN NUMEROUS TABLES. THE AUTHOR, WHO CONDUCTED THE STUDY FOR THE ILLINOIS COMMISSION, CONCLUDES THAT MEG VIOLATES CITIZENS' RIGHTS AND CORRUPTS THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
