Abstract
WITNESSES INCLUDED THE PROJECT DIRECTOR OF THE CRIME PREVENTION PROJECT OF THE NATIONAL CENTER ON THE BLACK AGED, AND THE COORDINATOR OF THE CRIME PREVENTION PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL RETIRED TEACHERS ASSOCIATION AND AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF RETIRED PERSONS. WITNESSES DISCUSSED THEIR PERCEPTIONS OF THE ELDERLY CRIME VICTIMIZATION PROGRAM; THE PROGRAMS THEY HAVE INSTITUTED TO FIGHT THIS PROBLEM; AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DEALING WITH ELDERLY CRIME VICTIMIZATION.
