EVALUATION OF EXPERIMENT CONDUCTED IN FRANCE WITH THE GOAL OF PROVIDING TRAINING AND INFORMATION TO PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.
Abstract
THE EXPERIMENT WAS RESTRICTED TO THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN BY THE COURTS AND WAS CONCERNED WITH STATUTE LAW, THE PRACTICE OF CHILDRENS COURTS AND EDUCATIONAL TECHNIQUES. 106 PERSONS FROM 32 COUNTRIES PARTICIPATED IN THE EXPERIMENT. THE GROUP WAS EVENLY DIVIDED INTO THOSE PERSONS WHO CAME TO RECEIVE ACTUAL TRAINING AND THOSE WHO CAME TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR EXPERIENCE AS JUDGES OR SOCIAL WORKERS.
