Abstract
STATISTICS ARE PRESENTED ON THE JUDGEMENTS OF SUCH WITNESSES AND RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE REGARDING THEIR TESTIMONY ARE REVIEWED. THE AUTHOR ARGUES THAT SUCH TESTIMONY MUST BE PRESENTED IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE FINAL DECISION AS TO THE RELIABILITY OF OTHER WITNESSES REMAINS WITH THE JUDGE. --IN GERMAN
