THE PROBLEMS IN CRIMINOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN UNDERDEVELOPED NATIONS WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR FRUITFUL AREAS OF RESEARCH.
Abstract
THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED INCLUDE A SHORTAGE OF TRAINED PERSONNEL TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH AND A LACK OF PROPER FUNDS. ON THE OTHER HAND, UNDERDEVELOPED NATIONS OFFER INTERESTING RESEARCH POSSIBILITIES BECAUSE MOST ARE IN VERY ACTIVE STAGES OF TRANSITION AND WITHIN EACH COUNTRY THERE ARE VARIOUS LEVELS OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
