Abstract
THE COMMISSION IS FINANCED BY STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDS. ITS PRIMARY ROLE IS TO DETERMINE AND THEN MEET THE BASIC NEEDS OF THE STATE'S LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM COOPERATION BETWEEN STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL AGENCIES IS ESSENTIAL FOR A COORDINATED ATTACK ON CRIME AND DELINQUENCY. OTHER AREAS OF CONCERN AND ATTENTION INCLUDE THE POLICE, THE COURTS, CORRECTIONS, ORGANIZED CRIME AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS PROJECTS.
