Abstract
THE METHOD DESCRIBED IS AN EXAMPLE OF A GENERAL TECHNIQUE WHEREBY PARTIALLY NON-SPECIFIC ANTISERA CAN BE RENDERED SPECIFIC. THIS REPORT DEALS WITH THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN THE PRODUCTION OF THESE REAGENT ANTISERA. OTHER APPLICATIONS OF THIS GENERAL TECHNIQUE ARE TO HUMAN HEMOGLOBIN AND SALIVARY AMYLASE.
